All our products, including our signature ties, pocket squares, and braces, are handcrafted in Italy by skilled artisans using traditional techniques and the finest materials.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer worldwide shipping via express couriers. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for Europe and 3-7 business days for the rest of the world. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that bespoke or personalized items are non-returnable.
How should I care for my silk ties and pocket squares?
We recommend dry cleaning only for our silk and wool products. To maintain the shape of your tie, untie it after each use and hang it or roll it loosely. Never iron silk directly; use a garment steamer if necessary.
Do you offer bespoke or Made-to-Measure services?
We offer various customization options for our ties, such as specific lengths and widths. For full Made-to-Measure garments like suits and jackets, please visit our showroom in Florence or contact us for our trunk show schedule.
